Children Policy (A Child Share Parents’ Room):
➢ Child pricing applies to children who share rooms with their parents (Max 2 Children in one Room)
➢ Under 2 years old: free of charge
➢ Under 6 years old: 25% of total tour cost for an adult individual
➢ Under 12 years old: 50% of total tour cost for an adult individual
➢ All children 12 or older are considered adults.
➢ If your tour package includes flights, an extra supplement for your child may apply.
➢ Payment/Booking Policy (excluding Peak period):
We are offering a low-down payment of just 40% to secure your spaces on the tour including hotel room, cruise cabin, domestic flight ticket, and other travel-related services. The remaining balance can be paid up to two days prior to your arrival date or in cash upon arrival at the destination to your tour manager, therefore, your booking will be a risk-free investment.
➢ Monthly Installments:
We offer you a new payment plan that allows you to pay your tours, Nile cruise, or other travel packages in monthly installments.
You will pay an agreed upon amount every month, determined by the total cost of the tour booked to pay the deposit in 6 monthly installments leading up to your arrival. The balance will be paid upon your arrival in the destination in cash or by credit / debit cards or you can pay the full cost in monthly installments before your arrival in the destination.
➢ Cancellation Policy (Excluding Peak Period):
Cancellation requests should be sent via email to provide the company with written confirmation that your reservation should be cancelled.
In case you cancel or reschedule your trip, the following scale of charges will be applied:
● From the date of booking until 61 days before your arrival date, 10% of the entire tour price will be charged. Or reschedule it and choose another date without being charged anything.
● Between 60 and 31 days before your arrival date, 25% of the entire tour price will be charged. You still can reschedule it but with a charge of 15 % more, much better than cancellation and loosing 25%.
● Between 30 and 15 days before your arrival date, 35% of the entire tour price will be charged if you canceled or choosed to reschedule your trip.
● Between 14 and 1 day before your arrival date, 40% of the entire tour price will be charged if you canceled or choosed to reschedule it.
Notice; This policy isn't valid for bookings of Christmas or New year packages.
Additionally, airlines charge fees for both domestic and international flights which are subject to the airlines terms and conditions at the time of the booking.
➢ Cancellation for Christmas, New Year and Easter Vacation:
In case you cancel your trip, the following scale of charges will be applied:
● From the date of booking until 61 days before your arrival date, 25% of the entire tour price will be charged.
● Between 60 and 31 days before your arrival date, 50% of the entire tour price will be charged.
● Between 30 and 15 days before your arrival date, 75% of the entire tour price will be charged.
● Between 14 and 1 day before your arrival date, 100% of the entire tour price will be charged.
Additionally, airlines charge fees for both domestic and international flights which are subject to the airlines terms and conditions at the time of the booking.
➢ Refunds:
● A refund will normally be made to the same account and using the same method which was used for the original payment. No refunds are possible in the event of a no show for an existing reservation.
● Refunds will be done only through the original mode of payment.
➢ Accomodation:
Unless otherwise stated, prices are based on two persons sharing a room (twin sharing). Rooms for single occupants are available with an additional supplementary rate. Hotels and lodges are named as an indication of quality and rooms may be reserved at an establishment of similar quality. Published prices are inclusive of tariffs and other costs at the time of printing and are subject to change without notice.

Day 1Day 1 Welcome To Siwa! Upon our early arrival, we will have Breakfast in a local restaurant then head to check-in at our hotel. After Breakfast We start our adventure. We will start by visiting the Salt lakes, having the experience of floating on the water in our Egyptian Dead Sea. After that we will head to the hotel for a quick shower and then move to our special island to have our lunch while enjoying the beauty of Siwan sunset over the Siwa Lake. Overnight in Siwa Garden Hotel or Similar. (Breakfast, Lunch ,Dinner). Breakfast in a local restaurant Swim in the famous Salt Lakes Sunset by the lake at Mbiama Island
Day 2Day 2 Lets take a Dip It’s a long day that kicks off after breakfast around 10 am by having a tour around Siwa. It all starts with a visit to Shali castle the old city of Siwa . Then off to temple of the Oracle of Amun is next on our list which was built in the 6th century BC and witnessed several historic events. Finally, it’s time for Siwa’s most famous Natural spring Ain Cleopatra and we will have our lunch there. then we get ready for Dakrour mountain for a short sunset hike. At night get ready for an authentic experience in a hot natural spring that will give you an awesome relaxation feeling. Overnight in Siwa Garden Hotel or Similar. (Breakfast, Lunch ,Dinner). Day 3Day 3 Safari drive Breakfast will pave the way for a day of exploration on 4x4 Land Cruisers. We’ll start-off with a rollercoaster ride along the Great Sand Sea before a refreshing dip in the cold lake then our professional drivers will take us to a natural hot spring in the desert. A little before sunset, we embark on a sand boarding adventure to give the day another adrenaline boost. Afterwards we will head to our camp which is the perfect way to end the day before our Bedion dinner beneath the desert sky. Overnight in Siwa Garden Hotel or Similar. Day 4Day 4 Departure Following breakfast, we head out to the souk again in case you didn’t get your fill of souvenirs. A fair bit of warning: you’ll be tempted to buy everything you see here. Then, it’s goodbye Siwa, we move at around 12:30 pm and arrive back in Cairo at around 11 pm. (Breakfast)
