Fun fact : you haven’t truly seen the stars until you’re on a boat in Aswan at night 💫 . This honeymoon package gave us more than just a vacation — it gave us memories we’ll talk about at our 50th anniversary . From museum hopping in Cairo to strolling the gardens of Alexandria , every moment felt like a story waiting to be told . And don’t even get me started on the breakfast spreads — heaven on a plate .

As someone who gets antsy on long trips , I was shocked at how fast this week flew by . Every city had its own vibe — Cairo was buzzing , Alexandria was chill , Luxor was intense with its monuments , and Aswan felt almost spiritual . The balance of sightseeing and down time was spot on . My wife loved the spa options — I stuck to the rooftop pools 😎 .

This trip was the definition of extra in the best way . Fancy hotels with chandeliers , limo pickups from the airport , even chocolate-covered strawberries waiting in our room one night 🍓 . I felt like Beyoncé on a honeymoon (except my husband does his own laundry) . Aswan especially felt luxurious — we had a suite with a balcony view of the Nile , and I’ll never forget that sunset .

History nerds , unite ! I was in ancient heaven during our Luxor and Aswan days . I’d read about Hatshepsut and Ramses II in school , but standing where they stood ? Goosebumps . Our guide in Luxor spoke flawless English and cracked jokes while dropping some serious knowledge . It wasn’t all serious though — our hotel had a rooftop bar where we toasted our marriage under the stars 🌌 .

I don’t usually go for group packages , but this honeymoon trip didn’t feel like a package — it felt like a perfectly curated playlist of Egypt’s greatest hits . Every morning was a new surprise — papyrus museums , sunrise felucca rides , and once , a spontaneous stop at a local café where the coffee knocked my socks off ☕ . I laughed more in this week than I have in months — and not just because my husband tried belly dancing one night 😂 .
Travis Elroy Middleton –
Luxor was where the adventure really turned up the heat — literally ☀️ and figuratively . We wandered through Karnak Temple just before sunset , golden light pouring over ancient stone . The guide shared cool stories without overloading us . Cairo gave us big city energy , but Aswan slowed us down — perfect for honeymoon mode . Our hotels felt like mini resorts , and yes , I absolutely took full advantage of the breakfast buffets .

One thing I’ll say — Egypt knows how to show a couple a good time ! Every stop on this honeymoon tour brought a new flavor , a new view , and a whole new “wow” moment . Cairo was chaotic in the best way , Alexandria felt like a coastal escape , Luxor made us quiet with awe , and Aswan was romantic beyond belief . What I loved most was the balance — one minute we’re exploring temples older than time , the next we’re laughing over hibiscus tea on a riverbank .

We were whisked around Egypt like royalty ! 🛬 From the moment we landed in Cairo to our goodbye wave in Aswan , this 7-day experience was one to remember . Highlights ? Holding hands while cruising the Nile , exploring Alexandria’s catacombs , and a cheeky camel selfie at Giza . The hotels pampered us big time — we even got roses in our room one night 🌹 . Transportation was always comfy and on time , which helped keep the honeymoon vibes alive .
Shirley Ann Carter –
Seven days , four cities , countless jaw-dropping moments . This honeymoon trip gave us a front-row seat to Egypt’s most iconic landmarks — and the food ? Let’s just say we’re still dreaming about the koshary 😋 . I loved how everything felt seamless — the transport between cities was smooth , the guides were funny and informed , and there was always a little surprise around the corner . Our time in Luxor especially stood out — wandering through the Valley of the Kings as newlyweds felt surreal .
Billy Ray Thompson –
Floating on the Nile at sunset with my sweetheart was pure magic . We started our week in Cairo , soaking in the energy of the pyramids (and the traffic 🚗) . Then off to Alexandria — a breezy Mediterranean dream . Luxor’s ancient temples had us feeling like time travelers , while Aswan was all about golden desert views and warm smiles . The hotels were a total treat — plush beds , skyline views , and staff who knew our names by day two . And that flight between cities ? Fast , modern , and painless . If you’re looking for a balance of romance , history , and just a touch of luxury — this trip really hit the spot .
