We are offering a low-down payment of just 40% to secure your spaces on the tour including hotel room, cruise cabin, domestic flight ticket, and other travel-related services. The remaining balance can be paid up to two days prior to your arrival date or in cash upon arrival at the destination to your tour manager, therefore, your booking will be a risk-free investment.
➢ Monthly Installments:
We offer you a new payment plan that allows you to pay your tours, Nile cruise, or other travel packages in monthly installments.
You will pay an agreed upon amount every month, determined by the total cost of the tour booked to pay the deposit in 6 monthly installments leading up to your arrival. The balance will be paid upon your arrival in the destination in cash or by credit / debit cards or you can pay the full cost in monthly installments before your arrival in the destination.
➢ Cancellation Policy (Excluding Peak Period):
Cancellation requests should be sent via email to provide the company with written confirmation that your reservation should be cancelled.
In case you cancel or reschedule your trip, the following scale of charges will be applied:
● From the date of booking until 61 days before your arrival date, 10% of the entire tour price will be charged. Or reschedule it and choose another date without being charged anything.
● Between 60 and 31 days before your arrival date, 25% of the entire tour price will be charged. You still can reschedule it but with a charge of 15 % more, much better than cancellation and loosing 25%.
● Between 30 and 15 days before your arrival date, 35% of the entire tour price will be charged if you canceled or choosed to reschedule your trip.
● Between 14 and 1 day before your arrival date, 40% of the entire tour price will be charged if you canceled or choosed to reschedule it.

Additionally, airlines charge fees for both domestic and international flights which are subject to the airlines terms and conditions at the time of the booking.

➢ Refunds:
● A refund will normally be made to the same account and using the same method which was used for the original payment. No refunds are possible in the event of a no show for an existing reservation.
● Refunds will be done only through the original mode of payment.

Unless otherwise stated, prices are based on two persons sharing a room (twin sharing). Rooms for single occupants are available with an additional supplementary rate. Hotels and lodges are named as an indication of quality and rooms may be reserved at an establishment of similar quality. Day 1: Arrival at Cairo International Airport Your Egypt tour begins at your chosen hotel in Cairo. Upon arrival to Cairo Int. Airport, you will be met with our English-speaking representative who will help and assist you in all formalities. Transfer to your hotel and overnight in Cairo. Meals Included No Meals
Day 2: Full Day Pyramids and Sakkara-Train to Aswan Breakfast at hotel and check out. Then you will be met by our English Egyptologist tour guide to start your first day tour by visiting Pyramids of Giza "Khufu, Khafre & Menkaure", where the greatness has been embodied in three pyramids with a limestone statue of Sphinx guarding the whole area. Then proceed to one of our local restaurant to have your lunch. After that you will proceed to the city of Sakkara, where you will be so excited by exploring The Step Pyramid of king Djoser. This pyramid has a very nice story, when king Djoser asked his chief Architect Imhotep to create something different, so that the king could be buried at. As a result the well-known Architect creates the Step pyramid, which surprised the king so much since it was considered to be a new achievement in this period. Later, you will be transferred to Giza railway station to board the sleeper train to Aswan-dinner will be served on board. Overnight inside your compartment. Meals Included Breakfast Lunch Dinner
Day 3: Aswan Nile Cruise Tours After breakfast on board the train, Luxor and Aswan Travel representative will meet you at Aswan train station and then you will be transferred by a private A/C vehicle to your Nile Cruise ship for embarkation in Aswan before lunch. Later on, you will join your Egyptologist tour guide to discover the great city of Aswan, including The High Dam, which has been erected by the Egyptian president Gamal Abdel Nasser in 1960 AD to protect Egypt from the Nile flood. After that you will enjoy sailing on the Nile River by a motor boat till reach Agilika Island, where you will visit Temple of Philae, which was erected during the Gaeco-Roman period and was dedicated to goddess Isis (mother of god Horus). Finally you will be escorted to visit one of the marvelous sightseeing in Aswan, The Unfinished Obelisk, which was made out of red granite and was dedicated to god Amun Ra. After finishing your day tour, you will get back to your ship. Dinner on board and overnight in Aswan. Meals Included Breakfast Lunch Dinner
Day 4: Kom Ombo and Edfu Temples Breakfast will be served on board your ship. After that you will join your Egyptologist tour guide to visit one of the most wonderful temples in Egypt, Temple of Kom Ombo, where the two gods Sobek & Haroeris were worshipped for a while. Get back to your ship and enjoy your lunch on the sun deck, watching the unique landscape of the great river Nile. Afternoon, enjoy chariot riding to Temple of Horus in Edfu, which is considered to be one of the most well preserved temples in Egypt. After finishing your tour, you will be transferred back to your ship. Afternoon, you will enjoy relaxing on board your ship. Dinner will be served on board. Day 5: Luxor Nile Cruise Tours Breakfast on the Nile cruise. After that you will start your magical tour in Thebes, the sacred land by exploring the wet bank of Luxor including Valley of the Kings, which considers as the royal cemetery of the Theban kings and rulers of ancient Egypt, and the place where our Pharaohs were buried. After that, you will proceed to visit Temple of Queen Hatshepsut at Deir El Bahari. This temple is considered as one of the most wonderful examples of the Architecture in ancient Egypt, because it was totally carved inside the mountain. At the end of the tour you will visit Colossi of Memnon, which is belonging to king Amenhotep III. After that you will return to your ship to have your lunch. Later on , you will enjoy your tour discovering the East Bank of Luxor, including the most wonderful Karnak Temples Complex, which is considered to be the biggest complex construction in the world covering an area of a hundred. Finish your lovely tour in Temple of Luxor,built by one of the kings of the 12th dynasty & completed by the well know king Ramses II. Day 6: Fly Luxor to Sharm El Sheikh Breakfast on board, disembark from your Nile cruise after breakfast, and then you will be transferred to Luxor Airport for flight to Sharm. Day 7: Leisure Time in Sharm El Shiekh (Optional Tours) Free day in Sharm or join our optional tour to Ras Mohammed National Park which is both a terrestrial and an aquatic nature reserve. The 480 square kilometre protected area lies where the Gulf of Suez meets the Gulf of Aqaba in Sinai's southern extremity. The arid desert terrain of sand dunes, gravel plains, fossilized corals and granite mountains is home to a number of rare mammal species: Dorcas gazelle, Nubian ibex and red fox. Easier to spot are the resident birds like terns, herons, gulls and ospreys. Thousands of white storks pass through Ras Mohammed each year, heading south during September/October and back north during April/May. About 85 flora species live in the park, including mangroves. Day 9: Leisure Time in Sharm El Shiekh (Optional Tours) Free day in Sharm or join our optional tour to The Monastery of St. Catherine located at the heart of Sinai and at the foot of the Gebel Musa, or Mount Moses. Fronted by gardens and cypress trees, the monastery is owned and run by the Greek Orthodox Church. Its rich library houses the world's second largest collection of illuminated manuscripts after the Vatican. You can see the Burning Bush and a large number of antique works of art: invaluable icons, beautifully carved doors, exquisite wall paintings and other fine religious ornaments. Overnight in Sharm. Day 11: Egyptian Museum-Citadel and Khan El Khalili Breakfast at hotel. Then our English speaking guide will meet you at the hotel to accompany you to start your second day tour in Cairo. Start your tour with The Egyptian Museum, which is considered to be one of the most important museums in Egypt housing the Pharaonic monuments including those of the well-known king Tutankhamen. Lunch meal at one of our local restaurant. After Lunch, you will be transferred to Old Cairo area, where you can visit Citadel of Salah El-Din, which played as a very important role in protecting Egypt, as it was considered the seat of power for more than 700 years. Then proceed to one of the most interesting and old market in Egypt, Khan El-Khalili, which consider as one of the stunning bazaars in the Middle East. Day 12: Alexandria City Tour Breakfast at your hotel in Cairo. After that you will be met with our Egyptologist tour guide who will accompany you in such a stunning tour to Alexandria. You will start your Alexandria city tour by exploring one of the main sources of knowledge in the ancient world, "The Alexandria Library". The site of which is the original site of the old Pharaoh. Later on, you will be transferred to have your lunch meal at local restaurant. After lunch you will proceed to visit The Roman Amphitheatre, which is considered to be one of the most famous monuments belonging the Greco-Roman period. Continue your Alexandria city tour by visiting Pompey’s pillar, which was erected in 292 AD. At the end you’ll be transferred to visit Sultan Qaitbay Citadel (from outside) which is considered to be one of most famous sightseeing in Alexandria.
