➢ Payment/Booking Policy (excluding Peak period):
We are offering a low-down payment of just 40% to secure your spaces on the tour including hotel room, cruise cabin, domestic flight ticket, and other travel-related services. The remaining balance can be paid up to two days prior to your arrival date or in cash upon arrival at the destination to your tour manager, therefore, your booking will be a risk-free investment.

➢ Monthly Installments:
We offer you a new payment plan that allows you to pay your tours, Nile cruise, or other travel packages in monthly installments.
You will pay an agreed upon amount every month, determined by the total cost of the tour booked to pay the deposit in 6 monthly installments leading up to your arrival. The balance will be paid upon your arrival in the destination in cash or by credit / debit cards or you can pay the full cost in monthly installments before your arrival in the destination.

➢ Cancellation Policy (Excluding Peak Period):
Cancellation requests should be sent via email to provide the company with written confirmation that your reservation should be cancelled.

In case you cancel or reschedule your trip, the following scale of charges will be applied:
➢    From the date of booking until 61 days before your arrival date, 10% of the entire tour price will be charged. Or reschedule it and choose another date without being charged anything.
➢    Between 60 and 31 days before your arrival date, 25% of the entire tour price will be charged. You still can reschedule it but with a charge of 15 % more, much better than cancellation and loosing 25%.
➢    Between 30 and 15 days before your arrival date, 35% of the entire tour price will be charged if you canceled or choosed to reschedule your trip.
➢    Between 14 and 1 day before your arrival date, 40% of the entire tour price will be charged if you canceled or choosed to reschedule it.

Additionally, airlines charge fees for both domestic and international flights which are subject to the airlines terms and conditions at the time of the booking.

In case you cancel your trip, the following scale of charges will be applied:

➢ Between 30 and 15 days before your arrival date, 75% of the entire tour price will be charged.
➢ Between 14 and 1 day before your arrival date, 100% of the entire tour price will be charged.

➢ Refunds:
➢    A refund will normally be made to the same account and using the same method which was used for the original payment. No refunds are possible in the event of a no show for an existing reservation.
➢    Refunds will be done only through the original mode of payment.

➢ Accomodation:
Unless otherwise stated, prices are based on two persons sharing a room (twin sharing). Rooms for single occupants are available with an additional supplementary rate. Hotels and lodges are named as an indication of quality and rooms may be reserved at an establishment of similar quality. Published prices are inclusive of tariffs and other costs at the time of printing and are subject to change without notice.

    Day 01: Monday (Lunch & Dinner) - Arrival in Luxor & East Bank TemplesIn the morning, a local representative will meet and assist you upon arrival in Luxor, providing a private, air-conditioned transfer to your Nile Cruise ship. After checking in and having lunch, you'll join your guide to explore the East Bank.Your first visit is the massive Karnak Temple Complex, constructed over more than a thousand years. Following this, you will visit Luxor Temple, established around the $14^{th}$ century BC, with later additions by kings like Ramses II and Queen Hatshepsut. After the tour, you'll return to the cruise for rest. The evening is free, or you can enjoy an (optional) Sound & Light Show at Karnak Temple. Overnight on board.

    Day 02: Tuesday (Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner) - Free Morning & Sailing The morning is at leisure in Luxor. You may choose an exciting (optional) Hot Air Balloon ride to see the West Bank's funerary temples and royal necropolis from the sky. The evening is free as the ship begins sailing toward Edfu.     Day 03: Wednesday (Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner) - Kom Ombo Temple & Sailing to Aswan After an energizing breakfast, your ship will dock for a tour of the Temple of Kom Ombo. This unique temple, completed in the Roman Era, is dedicated to two gods: the local crocodile god, Sobek, and the falcon god, Haroeris. After the visit, return to the ship for lunch while sailing toward Aswan. The afternoon is free to use the ship's facilities or simply relax and enjoy the amazing view of the River Nile. In the afternoon, you'll take a unique tour by sailing on the Nile via a traditional Felucca (Sailing Boat). Next, you'll take a motorboat to Agilika Island to visit the Temple of Philae, built in the $3^{rd}$ century BC as the cult center of the goddess Isis.
