➢ Payment/Booking Policy (excluding Peak period):
We are offering a low-down payment of just 40% to secure your spaces on the tour including hotel room, cruise cabin, domestic flight ticket, and other 

travel-related services. The remaining balance can be paid up to two days prior to your arrival date or in cash upon arrival at the destination to your tour 

manager, therefore, your booking will be a risk-free investment.

➢ Monthly Installments:
We offer you a new payment plan that allows you to pay your tours, Nile cruise, or other travel packages in monthly installments.
You will pay an agreed upon amount every month, determined by the total cost of the tour booked to pay the deposit in 6 monthly installments leading 

up to your arrival. The balance will be paid upon your arrival in the destination in cash or by credit / debit cards or you can pay the full cost in monthly 

installments before your arrival in the destination.

➢ Cancellation Policy (Excluding Peak Period):
Cancellation requests should be sent via email to provide the company with written confirmation that your reservation should be cancelled.

In case you cancel or reschedule your trip, the following scale of charges will be applied:
●    From the date of booking until 61 days before your arrival date, 10% of the entire tour price will be charged. Or reschedule it and choose another 

date without being charged anything.
●    Between 60 and 31 days before your arrival date, 25% of the entire tour price will be charged. You still can reschedule it but with a charge of 15 % 

more, much better than cancellation and loosing 25%.
●    Between 30 and 15 days before your arrival date, 35% of the entire tour price will be charged if you canceled or choosed to reschedule your trip.
●    Between 14 and 1 day before your arrival date, 40% of the entire tour price will be charged if you canceled or choosed to reschedule it.

Notice; This policy isn't valid for bookings of Christmas or New year packages.
 
Additionally, airlines charge fees for both domestic and international flights which are subject to the airlines terms and conditions at the time of the 

booking.

➢ Cancellation for Christmas, New Year and Easter Vacation:
In case you cancel your trip, the following scale of charges will be applied:
● From the date of booking until 61 days before your arrival date, 25% of the entire tour price will be charged.
● Between 60 and 31 days before your arrival date, 50% of the entire tour price will be charged.
● Between 30 and 15 days before your arrival date, 75% of the entire tour price will be charged.
● Between 14 and 1 day before your arrival date, 100% of the entire tour price will be charged.

Additionally, airlines charge fees for both domestic and international flights which are subject to the airlines terms and conditions at the time of the 

booking.


➢ Refunds:
●    A refund will normally be made to the same account and using the same method which was used for the original payment. No refunds are possible in 

the event of a no show for an existing reservation.
●    Refunds will be done only through the original mode of payment.

➢ Accomodation:
Unless otherwise stated, prices are based on two persons sharing a room (twin sharing). Rooms for single occupants are available with an additional 

supplementary rate. Hotels and lodges are named as an indication of quality and rooms may be reserved at an establishment of similar quality. Published 

prices are inclusive of tariffs and other costs at the time of printing and are subject to change without notice.

    Day 01: Monday (Lunch & Dinner) - Arrival in Luxor & East Bank WondersIn the morning, a friendly local representative will meet you in Luxor and provide a private, air-conditioned transfer to your Nile Cruise ship. After checking in and enjoying lunch, you'll meet your guide to begin touring the East Bank.Your first stop is the colossal Karnak Temple Complex, a massive site constructed over more than a millennium. Following this, you will visit Luxor Temple, established around the $14^{th}$ century BC and enhanced by pharaohs including Ramses II and Queen Hatshepsut.After the tour, you'll return to your cruise ship to relax. The evening is yours to enjoy at leisure, or you can opt for an exciting (optional) Sound & Light Show at Karnak Temple, one of Egypt's most remarkable evening spectacles.   2. Day 02:

    Day 02: Tuesday (Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner) - Luxor West Bank NecropolisAn energizing breakfast will be served on board. Today is dedicated to exploring the West Bank, known as the "City of the Dead."Your first visit is the world-famous Valley of the Kings, the royal necropolis where the pharaohs of the New Kingdom were buried in richly decorated tombs. Next, you will explore the impressive funerary Temple of Deir El Bahari, an architectural marvel built during the $18^{th}$ dynasty by Queen Hatshepsut.On the way back to the cruise, you'll stop at the Colossi of Memnon, two massive statues that are all that remain of the great funerary temple of King Amenhotep III. You will then be transferred back to the Nile Cruise ship for lunch and overnight stay.


  3. Day 03:

    Day 03: Wednesday (Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner) - Edfu and Kom Ombo TemplesEnjoy an energizing breakfast before today's full-day tour. Your Nile Cruise ship will dock near the city of Edfu, where you will visit the Temple of Horus. This is the finest preserved ancient Egyptian temple, constructed by the Ptolemies in the $3^{rd}$ century BC for the worship of the god Horus.After this visit, you'll return to the ship for lunch and sailing. You will then proceed to visit the unique Temple of Kom Ombo, established in the Ptolemaic period. This rare double temple is dedicated to two gods: the local crocodile god, Sobek, and the falcon god, Haroeris. You'll return to your cruise ship to rest.
