➢ Payment/Booking Policy (excluding Peak period):
We are offering a low-down payment of just 40% to secure your spaces on the tour including hotel room, cruise cabin, domestic flight ticket, and other 

travel-related services. The remaining balance can be paid up to two days prior to your arrival date or in cash upon arrival at the destination to your tour 

manager, therefore, your booking will be a risk-free investment.

➢ Monthly Installments:
We offer you a new payment plan that allows you to pay your tours, Nile cruise, or other travel packages in monthly installments.
You will pay an agreed upon amount every month, determined by the total cost of the tour booked to pay the deposit in 6 monthly installments leading 

up to your arrival. The balance will be paid upon your arrival in the destination in cash or by credit / debit cards or you can pay the full cost in monthly 

installments before your arrival in the destination.

➢ Cancellation Policy (Excluding Peak Period):
Cancellation requests should be sent via email to provide the company with written confirmation that your reservation should be cancelled.

In case you cancel or reschedule your trip, the following scale of charges will be applied:
●    From the date of booking until 61 days before your arrival date, 10% of the entire tour price will be charged. Or reschedule it and choose another 

date without being charged anything.
●    Between 60 and 31 days before your arrival date, 25% of the entire tour price will be charged. You still can reschedule it but with a charge of 15 % 

more, much better than cancellation and loosing 25%.
●    Between 30 and 15 days before your arrival date, 35% of the entire tour price will be charged if you canceled or choosed to reschedule your trip.
●    Between 14 and 1 day before your arrival date, 40% of the entire tour price will be charged if you canceled or choosed to reschedule it.

Notice; This policy isn't valid for bookings of Christmas or New year packages.
 
Additionally, airlines charge fees for both domestic and international flights which are subject to the airlines terms and conditions at the time of the 

booking.

➢ Cancellation for Christmas, New Year and Easter Vacation:
In case you cancel your trip, the following scale of charges will be applied:
● From the date of booking until 61 days before your arrival date, 25% of the entire tour price will be charged.
● Between 60 and 31 days before your arrival date, 50% of the entire tour price will be charged.
● Between 30 and 15 days before your arrival date, 75% of the entire tour price will be charged.
● Between 14 and 1 day before your arrival date, 100% of the entire tour price will be charged.

Additionally, airlines charge fees for both domestic and international flights which are subject to the airlines terms and conditions at the time of the 

booking.


➢ Refunds:
●    A refund will normally be made to the same account and using the same method which was used for the original payment. No refunds are possible in 

the event of a no show for an existing reservation.
●    Refunds will be done only through the original mode of payment.

➢ Accomodation:
Unless otherwise stated, prices are based on two persons sharing a room (twin sharing). Rooms for single occupants are available with an additional 

supplementary rate. Hotels and lodges are named as an indication of quality and rooms may be reserved at an establishment of similar quality. Published

    Day 01: Monday (Lunch & Dinner) - Luxor East BankIn the morning, a friendly local representative will meet and assist you upon arrival in Luxor, providing transfer via a private, air-conditioned vehicle to your Nile Cruise ship for check-in.After enjoying lunch on board, you will join your professional tour guide to explore the magnificent Karnak Temple Complex.     Day 02: Tuesday (Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner) - Luxor West BankAn energizing breakfast will be served on board as you prepare for a day of discovery on the West Bank, often referred to as the "City of the Dead."Your first visit is the world-famous Valley of the Kings, which houses the burial sites of the New Kingdom pharaohs and features some of Egypt's most fascinating ancient tombs.Next, you will explore the visually stunning Temple of Deir El Bahari, a mortuary temple built during the $18^{th}$ dynasty for the powerful female pharaoh, Queen Hatshepsut.On the return journey to your cruise, you will stop to view the Colossi of Memnon. These two massive stone statues are the sole remnants of the great funerary temple of King Amenhotep III, built around $1350$ BC, and serve as an iconic landmark. You will then be transferred back to the Nile Cruise ship for dinner and overnight stay.

    Day 03: Wednesday (Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner) - Sailing and Temples of Edfu & Kom OmboEnjoy breakfast before the day's full tour. Your Nile Cruise ship will dock in Edfu, where you will visit the Temple of Horus. Constructed by the Ptolemies in the $3^{rd}$ century BC, this is widely considered the best-preserved ancient Egyptian temple, dedicated to the falcon god Horus.Following this marvelous visit, you will return to your Nile Cruiser for lunch, rest, and sailing. Later, you will proceed to visit the unique Temple of Kom Ombo.
