You will pay an agreed upon amount every month, determined by the total cost of the tour booked to pay the deposit in 6 monthly installments leading up to your arrival. The balance will be paid upon your arrival in the destination in cash or by credit / debit cards or you can pay the full cost in monthly installments before your arrival in the destination. ➢ Cancellation Policy (Excluding Peak Period): Cancellation requests should be sent via email to provide the company with written confirmation that your reservation should be cancelled. In case you cancel or reschedule your trip, the following scale of charges will be applied: ➢ From the date of booking until 61 days before your arrival date, 10% of the entire tour price will be charged. Or reschedule it and choose another date without being charged anything. ➢ Between 60 and 31 days before your arrival date, 25% of the entire tour price will be charged. You still can reschedule it but with a charge of 15 % more, much better than cancellation and loosing 25%. ➢ Between 30 and 15 days before your arrival date, 35% of the entire tour price will be charged if you canceled or choosed to reschedule your trip. ➢ Between 14 and 1 day before your arrival date, 40% of the entire tour price will be charged if you canceled or choosed to reschedule it.   1. Day 1: Luxor Grandeur and Sailing Preparation

    Day 1: Luxor Grandeur and Sailing Preparation A full day of Luxor sightseeing before boarding the Aida Dahabiya. Luxor Sightseeing: We begin the day with a comprehensive sightseeing tour in Luxor. Your visits include the royal necropolis of the Valley of the Kings, the impressive mortuary Hatshepsut Temple (Deir El Bahari), the colossal Colossi of Memnon, and the monumental Karnak Temple. Transfer & Embarkation: Following the tour, you will be transferred from the Luxor area to Esna to join the Dahabiya Aida. Welcome & Sail: After greetings from the captain and crew, your luggage will be delivered to your cabins. We'll then set sail on your journey toward Aswan. Overnight: Anchor overnight close to El Hegz Island.


  2. Day 2: Edfu Temple and Private Island Dinner

    Day 2: Edfu Temple and Private Island Dinner Enjoy a relaxing sail before visiting a perfectly preserved temple and dining at a secluded spot. Breakfast & Sail: Stop for a leisurely breakfast as we sail toward the city of Edfu. Edfu Temple: Take a traditional horse-drawn carriage to see the Edfu Temple, renowned as one of Egypt's largest and best-preserved ancient monuments. The entrance is flanked by two stunning granite statues of Horus the falcon god. Private Island Anchorage: After the visit, we'll keep sailing until we reach our private island, "El Fouza." We will disembark here and enjoy an exclusive dinner served right next to the serene Nile River.

    Day 3: Gabal El-Silsila: The Rock Shrine Sanctuary A day dedicated to discovering the intimate rock shrines and quarries of ancient Egypt. Sailing & Breakfast: We'll have a relaxing breakfast as we sail slowly toward Gabal el Silsila. Temple Visit: Visit the Gabal el Silsila temple. You'll be astounded as we moor directly by the Speos of Hormheb, a hidden gem. This location was where the ancient Egyptians quarried the sandstone used to construct many of the other grand temples you will visit. Dinner & Ambiance: Dinner will be a memorable experience, ideally served on the top deck of the boat or on the serene grounds of the illuminated temple while guests take in the peaceful ambiance and appropriate soft music.


  4. Day 4: Kom Ombo's Double Temple

    Day 4: Kom Ombo's Double Temple Observe traditional life on the riverbanks as we sail to the unique Kom Ombo Temple. Nile Observation: Enjoy breakfast while en route to Kom Ombo. As you sail, pay attention to the sounds of the water buffalo wading through the shallow water, the donkeys going about their daily activities, and the many bird species that call the river home. Kom Ombo Temple: At Kom Ombo, we will visit the magnificent Greco-Roman Temple. The entire temple complex is remarkably symmetrical, featuring two entrances, two halls, and two sanctuaries honoring the crocodile god Sobek and the falcon god Haroeris (Horus the Elder).
