➢ Payment/Booking Policy (excluding Peak period):
We are offering a low-down payment of just 40% to secure your spaces on the tour including hotel room, cruise cabin, domestic flight ticket, and other travel-related services. The remaining balance can be paid up to two days prior to your arrival date or in cash upon arrival at the destination to your tour manager, therefore, your booking will be a risk-free investment.
➢ Monthly Installments:
We offer you a new payment plan that allows you to pay your tours, Nile cruise, or other travel packages in monthly installments.
You will pay an agreed upon amount every month, determined by the total cost of the tour booked to pay the deposit in 6 monthly installments leading up to your arrival. The balance will be paid upon your arrival in the destination in cash or by credit / debit cards or you can pay the full cost in monthly installments before your arrival in the destination.
➢ Cancellation Policy (Excluding Peak Period):
Cancellation requests should be sent via email to provide the company with written confirmation that your reservation should be cancelled.
In case you cancel or reschedule your trip, the following scale of charges will be applied:
● From the date of booking until 61 days before your arrival date, 10% of the entire tour price will be charged. Or reschedule it and choose another date without being charged anything.
● Between 60 and 31 days before your arrival date, 25% of the entire tour price will be charged. You still can reschedule it but with a charge of 15 % more, much better than cancellation and loosing 25%.
● Between 30 and 15 days before your arrival date, 35% of the entire tour price will be charged if you canceled or choosed to reschedule your trip.
● Between 14 and 1 day before your arrival date, 40% of the entire tour price will be charged if you canceled or choosed to reschedule it.

Additionally, airlines charge fees for both domestic and international flights which are subject to the airlines terms and conditions at the time of the booking.

➢ Refunds:
● A refund will normally be made to the same account and using the same method which was used for the original payment. No refunds are possible in the event of a no show for an existing reservation.
● Refunds will be done only through the original mode of payment.

Unless otherwise stated, prices are based on two persons sharing a room (twin sharing). Rooms for single occupants are available with an additional supplementary rate. Hotels and lodges are named as an indication of quality and rooms may be reserved at an establishment of similar quality. Day 01: Cairo Int. Airport - Cairo ON Upon arrival to Cairo Int. Airport, you will be met with our English-speaking representative who will help and assist you in all formalities and transfer to your hotel, overnight Cairo. Meals Included No meals
Day 02: Giza Pyramids and the Egyptian Museum After enjoying breakfast at your hotel, you will take a trip out to the Pyramids of Giza where you'll be able to explore the notorious pyramids of Cheops, Chephren and Mykerinus, as well as enjoying the Great Sphinx and the Valley Temple. After enjoying a nice lunch at a local restaurant you will be taken to visit to the Egyptian Museum, where you will enjoy seeing countless artifacts representing more than 5000 years of history. You will also have an opportunity to visit the Treasures Room of Tutankhamen, "Enter the Mummies Room" where you will see several ancient mummies on display. Then proceed to one of the most interesting and old market in Egypt, Khan El-Khalili, which consider as one of the stunning bazaars in the Middle East. When you are finished, you will be driven back to your hotel where you will spend the night. Meals Included Breakfast Lunch
Day 03: Fly to Aswan-Aswan Tours-Nile Cruise ON Breakfast at hotel and check out, then our representative will transfer you to Cairo airport to fly to Aswan. Upon arrival at Aswan airport, our representative will meet you inside the airport, holding a sign of Luxor and Aswan Travel and your name, help you to get your bags. Later on, you will join your Egyptologist tour guide to discover the great city of Aswan, including The High Dam, which has been erected by the Egyptian president Gamal Abdel Nasser in 1960 AD to protect Egypt from the Nile flood. After that you will enjoy sailing on the Nile River by a motor boat till reach Agilika Island, where you will visit Temple of Philae, which was erected during the Gaeco-Roman period and was dedicated to goddess Isis (mother of god Horus). Finally you will be escorted to visit one of the marvelous sightseeing in Aswan, The Unfinished Obelisk, which was made out of red granite and was dedicated to god Amun Ra. After finishing your day tour, you will transfer to your Nile cruise for check in & overnight in Aswan. Meals Included Breakfast Lunch Dinner
Day 04: Kom Ombo and Edfu Temples Breakfast will be served on board your ship. After that you will join your Egyptologist tour guide to visit one of the most wonderful temples in Egypt, Temple of Kom Ombo, where the two gods Sobek & Haroeris were worshipped for a while. Get back to your ship and enjoy your lunch on the sun deck, watching the unique landscape of the great river Nile. Afternoon, enjoy chariot riding to Temple of Horus in Edfu, which is considered to be one of the most well preserved temples in Egypt. After finishing your tour, you will be transferred back to your ship. Enjoy relaxing on board your ship. Dinner will be served on board. Day 05: Luxor West and East Banks Breakfast on the Nile cruise. After that you will start your magical tour in Thebes, the sacred land by exploring the wet bank of Luxor including Valley of the Kings, which considers as the royal cemetery of the Theban kings and rulers of ancient Egypt, and the place where our Pharaohs were buried. After that, you will proceed to visit Temple of Queen Hatshepsut at Deir El Bahari. This temple is considered as one of the most wonderful examples of the Architecture in ancient Egypt, because it was totally carved inside the mountain. At the end of the tour you will visit Colossi of Memnon, which is belonging to king Amenhotep III. After that you will return to your ship to have your lunch. Later on , after the Lunch on the Cruise , you will enjoy your tour discovering the East Bank of Luxor, including the most wonderful Karnak Temples Complex, which is considered to be the biggest complex construction in the world covering an area of a hundred. Finish your lovely tour in Temple of Luxor,built by one of the kings of the 12th dynasty & completed by the well know king Ramses II. Day 06: Fly to Sharm El Shiekh - Sharm Free day Breakfast on board your Nile cruise and check out, then our representative will transfer you to Luxor airport to fly to Sharm El Sheikh. Day 07: Sharm Free day Breakfast. Free day. (Optional) Full Day Tour Ras Mohamed (by Car) Departure from Hotel a 09.00 Am (30 km on a paved road & about 05 km of the road). Nothing compares to walking inside actual tombs of ancient royalty . The Valley of the Kings felt surreal . Hieroglyphs lined every inch of the walls , and the colors still popped after thousands of years . I think I took over 200 pictures . Definitely one of the highlights , and getting there on a luxury cruise made the whole thing even better .

We flew into Luxor early in the trip , and I was honestly shocked at how smooth everything was . Our transfer from the airport to the cruise ship was waiting for us , no delays or confusion . The cruise ship itself was something out of a Bond movie — sleek , polished , and full of surprises . I had my coffee while watching the sun rise over the Nile . Can’t ask for more than that .

Snorkeling in Sharm El Sheikh’s coral reefs was pure underwater magic 🐠
I’ll admit , I’m not the bravest swimmer , but floating above those reefs in Sharm El Sheikh made me forget everything else . The clarity of the water , the vivid fish , and the colorful coral felt like a Pixar movie come to life . Even the boat we took was sleek and modern , and the crew handled everything with a smile . It was the perfect blend of relaxation and excitement .

Luxor’s temples felt like stepping into an ancient open-air museum
The day we visited Luxor was one for the books . Standing beneath the towering columns of Karnak and walking the Avenue of Sphinxes gave me chills . I had seen it in documentaries before , but nothing compares to being there in person . The tour guide was incredibly knowledgeable , weaving stories about the gods and pharaohs as if they were family . The way the cruise docked so seamlessly near the ancient city made it all feel like time travel with a touch of luxury .
