Children Policy (A Child Share Parents’ Room):
➢ Child pricing applies to children who share rooms with their parents (Max 2 Children in one Room)
➢ Under 2 years old: free of charge
➢ Under 6 years old: 25% of total tour cost for an adult individual
➢ Under 12 years old: 50% of total tour cost for an adult individual
➢ All children 12 or older are considered adults.
➢ If your tour package includes flights, an extra supplement for your child may apply.
➢ Payment/Booking Policy (excluding Peak period):
We are offering a low-down payment of just 40% to secure your spaces on the tour including hotel room, cruise cabin, domestic flight ticket, and other travel-related services. The remaining balance can be paid up to two days prior to your arrival date or in cash upon arrival at the destination to your tour manager, therefore, your booking will be a risk-free investment.
➢ Monthly Installments:
We offer you a new payment plan that allows you to pay your tours, Nile cruise, or other travel packages in monthly installments.
You will pay an agreed upon amount every month, determined by the total cost of the tour booked to pay the deposit in 6 monthly installments leading up to your arrival. The balance will be paid upon your arrival in the destination in cash or by credit / debit cards or you can pay the full cost in monthly installments before your arrival in the destination.
➢ Cancellation Policy (Excluding Peak Period):
Cancellation requests should be sent via email to provide the company with written confirmation that your reservation should be cancelled.
In case you cancel or reschedule your trip, the following scale of charges will be applied:
● From the date of booking until 61 days before your arrival date, 10% of the entire tour price will be charged. Or reschedule it and choose another date without being charged anything.
● Between 60 and 31 days before your arrival date, 25% of the entire tour price will be charged. You still can reschedule it but with a charge of 15 % more, much better than cancellation and loosing 25%.
● Between 30 and 15 days before your arrival date, 35% of the entire tour price will be charged if you canceled or choosed to reschedule your trip.
● Between 14 and 1 day before your arrival date, 40% of the entire tour price will be charged if you canceled or choosed to reschedule it.
Notice; This policy isn't valid for bookings of Christmas or New year packages.
Additionally, airlines charge fees for both domestic and international flights which are subject to the airlines terms and conditions at the time of the booking.
➢ Cancellation for Christmas, New Year and Easter Vacation:
In case you cancel your trip, the following scale of charges will be applied:
● From the date of booking until 61 days before your arrival date, 25% of the entire tour price will be charged.
● Between 60 and 31 days before your arrival date, 50% of the entire tour price will be charged.
● Between 30 and 15 days before your arrival date, 75% of the entire tour price will be charged.
● Between 14 and 1 day before your arrival date, 100% of the entire tour price will be charged.
Additionally, airlines charge fees for both domestic and international flights which are subject to the airlines terms and conditions at the time of the booking.
➢ Refunds:
● A refund will normally be made to the same account and using the same method which was used for the original payment. No refunds are possible in the event of a no show for an existing reservation.
● Refunds will be done only through the original mode of payment.
➢ Accomodation:
Unless otherwise stated, prices are based on two persons sharing a room (twin sharing). Rooms for single occupants are available with an additional supplementary rate. Hotels and lodges are named as an indication of quality and rooms may be reserved at an establishment of similar quality. Published prices are inclusive of tariffs and other costs at the time of printing and are subject to change without notice.

Day 1Day 1 Arrival Welcome to Egypt. Upon arrival at Cairo Airport, you will be met by our representative and transferred by private A/C vehicle to your hotel at Cairo or Giza. Overnight in Cairo.
Day 2Day 2 Cairo – Great Pyramids & Egyptian Museum After finishing your delicious breakfast at hotel, you will depart with our expert guide by private A/C vehicle. Your full-day Excursion will start with a visit to the pyramids of Cheops, Chephren and Mycerinus which are one of the old Seven Wonders of the World, and the Great Sphinx of Giza, which dates from the time of Chephren (2620BC). You will have the opportunity to take some impressive photos of panoramic views of the legendary Pyramids of Giza. Afterward, you will enjoy visiting the Egyptian Museum, the most important depository of Egyptian Antiquities in the World. It contains the most extensive collection of pharaonic antiquities where you can feel the magic of Ancient Egypt History. After finishing the tour, you will back to the hotel and overnight in Cairo. Overnight optional: • 2-hour Nile Cruise dinner and Folk-dance show • Sound & Light show, Pyramids at night.
Day 3Day 3 Alexandria Tour After finishing your delicious breakfast, you will depart for a three-hour journey to Alexandria with our expert guide by private A/C vehicle. You will admire the majestic monument of Pompay Pillar; it was established in the honor of Emperor Diocletian. Continue to the Citadel of Sultan Quitbay, built on the same spot of the ancient lighthouse of Alexandria. Then you will visit the Catacombs of Kom El Shokafa, it is the largest Roman Cemetery consisting of 3 levels cut in the rock underground tunnel that shows the merge between Roman and Egyptian art. Afterward, you will visit the famous library of Alexandria and the Montazah Palace gardens of King Farouk. You will have the opportunity to take some impressive and unique photos at Alexandria. After finishing the tour, you will back to the hotel and overnight in Alexandria. Note: Alexandria’s library is closed on Fridays & public holidays.
Day 4Day 4 Cairo – Sakkara, Memphis & Dahshure After finishing your delicious breakfast, you will depart with our expert guide by private A/C vehicle. Your full-day Excursion will start with visit to Zoser Step Pyramid in Sakkara, one of the most exciting historical and archaeological areas in all of Egypt. Then you will visit Memphis which served as the capital of upper and lower Egypt some 5000 years ago during the first dynasty. At the end, you go to Dahshur to see the Red and Bent Pyramids. After finishing the tour, you will back to the hotel and overnight in Cairo.
Day 5Day 5 Luxor East Bank After finishing your delicious breakfast at hotel, you will depart by private A/C vehicle to Cairo airport to take your domestic flight to Luxor. Upon arrival, you will be met by our expert guide at the airport. You will be taken by private A/C vehicle. Your upper Egypt experience will begin by visiting the world’s largest open museum at East Bank, by visiting the Karnak Temple and Luxor Temple to admire its outstanding courtyard and the granite statues of Ramses II. After finishing the tour, you will be transferred to your hotel and overnight in Luxor.
Day 6Day 6 Luxor West Bank After finishing your delicious breakfast at hotel, you will depart by private A/C vehicle to go to the West Bank, to visit Valley of Kings and Queens, Temple of Queen Hatshepsut and the two Colossi of Memnon. After finishing the tour, you will be transferred to the Luxor airport to take your flight back to Cairo. Upon arrival, you will be met by our representative at the airport. You will be taken by private A/C vehicle to your hotel in Cairo. Overnight in Cairo. Optional: • Hot Air Balloon (approx. 30-45min) – Drift over the Valley of Kings.
Day 7Day 7 Cairo – Open Day Open day at Leisure to explore Cairo. Overnight in Cairo. Optional: • Citadel & Old Cairo Day Tour. • 2-hour Nile Cruise dinner and Folk-dance show.
Day 8Day 8 Departure After breakfast, you will be transferred to Cairo Airport for final departure.
