Children Policy (A Child Share Parents’ Room):

➢ Under 6 years old: 25% of total tour cost for an adult individual
➢ Under 12 years old: 50% of total tour cost for an adult individual

➢ Payment/Booking Policy (excluding Peak period):
We are offering a low-down payment of just 40% to secure your spaces on the tour including hotel room, cruise cabin, domestic flight ticket, and other travel-related services. The remaining balance can be paid up to two days prior to your arrival date or in cash upon arrival at the destination to your tour manager, therefore, your booking will be a risk-free investment.
➢ Monthly Installments:
We offer you a new payment plan that allows you to pay your tours, Nile cruise, or other travel packages in monthly installments.
You will pay an agreed upon amount every month, determined by the total cost of the tour booked to pay the deposit in 6 monthly installments leading up to your arrival. The balance will be paid upon your arrival in the destination in cash or by credit / debit cards or you can pay the full cost in monthly installments before your arrival in the destination.
➢ Cancellation Policy (Excluding Peak Period):
Cancellation requests should be sent via email to provide the company with written confirmation that your reservation should be cancelled.
In case you cancel or reschedule your trip, the following scale of charges will be applied:
● From the date of booking until 61 days before your arrival date, 10% of the entire tour price will be charged. Or reschedule it and choose another date without being charged anything.
● Between 60 and 31 days before your arrival date, 25% of the entire tour price will be charged. You still can reschedule it but with a charge of 15 % more, much better than cancellation and loosing 25%.
● Between 30 and 15 days before your arrival date, 35% of the entire tour price will be charged if you canceled or choosed to reschedule your trip.
● Between 14 and 1 day before your arrival date, 40% of the entire tour price will be charged if you canceled or choosed to reschedule it.
Notice; This policy isn't valid for bookings of Christmas or New year packages.
Additionally, airlines charge fees for both domestic and international flights which are subject to the airlines terms and conditions at the time of the booking.
➢ Cancellation for Christmas, New Year and Easter Vacation:
In case you cancel your trip, the following scale of charges will be applied:
● From the date of booking until 61 days before your arrival date, 25% of the entire tour price will be charged.
● Between 60 and 31 days before your arrival date, 50% of the entire tour price will be charged.
● Between 30 and 15 days before your arrival date, 75% of the entire tour price will be charged.
● Between 14 and 1 day before your arrival date, 100% of the entire tour price will be charged.
Additionally, airlines charge fees for both domestic and international flights which are subject to the airlines terms and conditions at the time of the booking.
➢ Refunds:
● A refund will normally be made to the same account and using the same method which was used for the original payment. No refunds are possible in the event of a no show for an existing reservation.
● Refunds will be done only through the original mode of payment.
➢ Accomodation:
Unless otherwise stated, prices are based on two persons sharing a room (twin sharing). Rooms for single occupants are available with an additional supplementary rate. Hotels and lodges are named as an indication of quality and rooms may be reserved at an establishment of similar quality. Published prices are inclusive of tariffs and other costs at the time of printing and are subject to change without notice.

Day 01: Cairo Int. Airport - Cairo ON Your Egypt tour begins at your chosen hotel in Cairo. Upon arrival to Cairo Int. Airport, you will be met with our English-speaking representative who will help and assist you in all formalities. A private transfer by an A-C van from the airport to your hotel in Cairo is included. Arrives to your hotel, check in, rest and refresh.Overnight in Cairo. Meals Included: No meals
Day 02: Pyramids - Egyptian Museum - Khan El Khalili Breakfast on your hotel in Hurghada and check out on the morning , then you will go to Hurghada Airport to fly to Cairo , Upon Arrival at cairo , You will be picked up from Cairo International Airport, Then you will be met by our English Egyptologist tour guide to start your day tour by visiting Pyramids of Giza "Khufu, Khafre & Menkaure", where the greatness has been embodied in three pyramids with a limestone statue of Sphinx guarding the whole area. Then proceed to one of our local restaurant to have your lunch. Then continue your day tour by visiting The Egyptian Museum, which is considered to be one of the most important museums in the world ,housing the Pharaonic monuments including those of the well-known king Tutankhamen. Also, you will have the chance to visit the Mummies’ Room which is a wonderful chance that you cannot imagine. You will have the good chance to see the great real pharaohs in their full body. Then we will accompany you to Khan El Khalili, which consider as one of the stunning bazaars in the Middle East. After finishing this fantastic and memorable tour, you will be transferred back to your hotel for overnight. Meals Included: Breakfast Lunch
Day 03: Fly to Aswan - Nile Cruise - Sail to Kom Ombo Breakfast at hotel. Check out. Our representative will meet you at the hotel to transfer you to Cairo airport to take your flight to Aswan. Upon arrival at Aswan airport, you will join your Egyptologist tour guide to discover the great city of Aswan, including The High Dam, which has been erected by the Egyptian president Gamal Abdel Nasser in 1960 AD to protect Egypt from the Nile flood. After that you will enjoy sailing on the Nile River by a motor boat till reach Agilika Island, where you will visit Temple of Philae, which was erected during the Gaeco-Roman period and was dedicated to goddess Isis (mother of god Horus). Finally you will be escorted to visit one of the marvelous sightseeing in Aswan, The Unfinished Obelisk, which was made out of red granite and was dedicated to god Amun Ra. After finishing your day tour, you will transfer to your Nile cruise for check in. Enjoy your lunch on board the cruise while sailing to Koum Oumbo city, arrive Koum Oumbo & then you will proceed to explore Temple of Kom Ombo, where the two gods Sobek & Haroeris were worshipped for a while. Get back to your ship and enjoy the sun deck, watching the unique landscape of the great river Nile. On its banks the ancient Egyptian civilization has been created and flourished. After the tour, you will get back to your ship, rest and refresh on board. Dinner meal will be served on board during sailing to the city of Edfu. Late evening arrive to Edfu and overnight. Day 04: Edfu & Sail to Luxoг Breakfast on the cruise. Then the guide will take you in a mysterious journey to land of secrets. This guided tour of today begins by visiting one of the most wonderful temples in Egypt, Temple of Horus in Edfu, which is considered to be one of the most well preserved temples in Egypt. After that, you will revert back to your ship. Lunch will be served on board during sailing to the city of Luxor. Afternoon tour to the East Bank of Luxor (Karnak and Luxor temples): You will discover the East bank of Luxor including Karnak Temples Complex, which are the largest structures ever build in the history of the mankind. The principal building is that of god Amun Ra, since it was considered the house of god on the earth, the earlier structure date back to the middle kingdom, but there are some references which refer to the earlier buildings as old as the 3rd dynasty. Later on, you will proceed to visit Temple of Luxor, which was built by one of the kings of the 12th dynasty and completed by the well know king Ramses II. This temple was located in the heart of ancient Thebes and, like Karnak, was dedicated to the main/chief god Amun Re. After finishing your day tour, you will be transferred back to your ship for rest and refresh. At night, Egyptian folkloric show will be operated by the staff. Day 05: Luxor West Bank - Flight back to Cairo Breakfast on the Nile cruise and check out. After that you will start your magical tour in Thebes, the sacred land by exploring the wet bank of Luxor including Valley of the Kings, which considers as the royal cemetery of the Theban kings and rulers of ancient Egypt, and the place where our Pharaohs were buried. After that, you will proceed to visit Temple of Queen Hatshepsut at Deir El Bahari. This temple is considered as one of the most wonderful examples of the Architecture in ancient Egypt, because it was totally carved inside the mountain. At the end of the tour you will visit Colossi of Memnon, which is belonging to king Amenhotep III. At the end of the day you will be transferred by private A-C van to Luxor airport to fly to Cairo, then connection flight back home. Meals Included: Breakfast Lunch
