➢ Payment/Booking Policy (excluding Peak period):
We are offering a low-down payment of just 40% to secure your spaces on the tour including hotel room, cruise cabin, domestic flight ticket, and other travel-related services. The remaining balance can be paid up to two days prior to your arrival date or in cash upon arrival at the destination to your tour manager, therefore, your booking will be a risk-free investment.
➢ Monthly Installments:
We offer you a new payment plan that allows you to pay your tours, Nile cruise, or other travel packages in monthly installments.
You will pay an agreed upon amount every month, determined by the total cost of the tour booked to pay the deposit in 6 monthly installments leading up to your arrival. The balance will be paid upon your arrival in the destination in cash or by credit / debit cards or you can pay the full cost in monthly installments before your arrival in the destination.
➢ Cancellation Policy (Excluding Peak Period):
Cancellation requests should be sent via email to provide the company with written confirmation that your reservation should be cancelled.
In case you cancel or reschedule your trip, the following scale of charges will be applied:
● From the date of booking until 61 days before your arrival date, 10% of the entire tour price will be charged. Or reschedule it and choose another date without being charged anything.
● Between 60 and 31 days before your arrival date, 25% of the entire tour price will be charged. You still can reschedule it but with a charge of 15 % more, much better than cancellation and loosing 25%.
● Between 30 and 15 days before your arrival date, 35% of the entire tour price will be charged if you canceled or choosed to reschedule your trip.
● Between 14 and 1 day before your arrival date, 40% of the entire tour price will be charged if you canceled or choosed to reschedule it.
Notice; This policy isn't valid for bookings of Christmas or New year packages.
Additionally, airlines charge fees for both domestic and international flights which are subject to the airlines terms and conditions at the time of the booking.

In case you cancel your trip, the following scale of charges will be applied:

● Between 60 and 31 days before your arrival date, 50% of the entire tour price will be charged.
● Between 30 and 15 days before your arrival date, 75% of the entire tour price will be charged.
● Between 14 and 1 day before your arrival date, 100% of the entire tour price will be charged.
Additionally, airlines charge fees for both domestic and international flights which are subject to the airlines terms and conditions at the time of the booking.
➢ Refunds:
● A refund will normally be made to the same account and using the same method which was used for the original payment. No refunds are possible in the event of a no show for an existing reservation.
● Refunds will be done only through the original mode of payment.

Day 01: Experience the tombs and temples of LuxorDay 01: Experience the tombs and temples of Luxor On your first day you will be picked up from Luxor Airport, or Luxor Railway station for a 6-hour guided tour. You will begin at the Valley of the Kings, the ancient Necropolis of Thebes, which is a must-see for Luxor travelers. There you visit three tombs: the Tomb of Ramses, the Tomb of Horemheb and the Tomb of Merenptah. Your Egyptologist tour guide will be with you to answer any questions you may have. You will also see the Temple of Queen Hatshepsut, and the Temple of Ramses III. Afterwards, you will be taken to see the Colossi of Memnon, the two largest ancient statues in Egypt, which date back to the era of King Amenhotep III. After touring the sites, you will be transferred back to your hotel by an air-conditioned vehicle for check in & overnight Luxor. Meals Included: Lunch
Day 02: Touring the city of LuxorDay 02: Touring the city of Luxor Today's tour will be about 5-hours long. Your first stop will be Karnak Temples in the East Bank of Luxor. There you can admire the Hypostyle Hall, Obelisks of Queen Hatshepsut and Tutomosis I, the Temple of Amon, the Granite Scarbeus of Amenophis III and the Sacred Lake. After Karnak, you will be brought to the Luxor Museum, which houses items found in Tutankhamun's tomb. The next stop will be at Luxor Temple, which is dedicated to the Theben Triad of Amun-Ra, Mut, and Khonsu. There you will see statues of Ramses the Great and the Avenue of Sphinxes. Day 03: Dendera and AbydosDay 03: Dendera and Abydos In the morning you will be picked up from your hotel for a full guided trip of about 9 hours. First you will be transported to Abydos, where the ancient Egyptians believed Osiris, the god of the underworld, was to be buried. The paintings of the gods and pharaohs on the walls of the Osiris Temple at Abydos are among the most beautifully preserved in Egypt. Afterwards, you will go to Dendera to visit the Temple of Hathor, goddess of love and joy. Hathor Temple, with its sacred lake and famous astrological roof, is a delicately beautiful structure. Hathor is the patroness of the Ahathoor Temple. At every site you will get information from your Egyptologist tour guide and you will get free time to explore the ancient monuments by yourself.
