I had dreamed of Egypt forever, and this tour somehow made it better than my imagination. Our guide in Cairo brought the pyramids to life, explaining details I never knew. On the cruise, I woke up every morning to a new view and never got tired of it. Sinai felt like a dream—so quiet, so vast. Every step of this journey was thoughtful, luxurious, and just the right amount of adventurous 🐪
Clay Turner –
You think you’re prepared for Egypt, then the pyramids leave you breathless. Every day had a “wow” moment—from seeing Tutankhamun’s treasures to sailing at sunset on the Nile. Even the drives between places were scenic. I didn’t expect to love Sharm El Sheikh as much as I did—the sea was warm, clear, and perfect for swimming. It’s like five vacations in one
Sharon Fields –
First class cruise, first class fun
The boat from Aswan to Luxor was gorgeous—sleek design, elegant cabins, and food that rivaled fancy restaurants back home. We had cooking demos, belly dancing shows, and even tried Egyptian wine! Touring the Valley of the Kings the next day felt like living in National Geographic. And yes, I bought a souvenir scarab that now guards my fridge 😄
Daryl Hankins –
Peaceful Sinai nights and spiritual energy everywhere
While the temples were jaw-dropping, it was Sinai that stole my soul. The desert was silent, the stars endless, and the hike up Mount Sinai at dawn was worth every step. It felt sacred, like being part of something ancient. We sat with locals and shared stories by firelight. It wasn’t just a tour—it was a personal pilgrimage
Linda Fay Cooper –
My teenage daughter said this was the first vacation where she didn’t get bored—now that’s saying something! We rode camels by the pyramids, explored tombs that smelled like ancient stone, and snorkeled in Sharm El Sheikh where we saw fish that looked like they came from another planet 🐠. It was educational, exciting, and energetic. We even danced at the cruise’s galabeya party!
Norman Ellison –
We were a bit worried about coordinating so many locations, but this tour company nailed it. From airport pickups to cruise check-ins, everything ran like clockwork. We felt safe, supported, and honestly spoiled. The buses were modern with AC and Wi-Fi (a miracle in the desert), and the cruise staff remembered our names by day two. I didn’t lift a finger—except to take 1,000 photos 😄
Jessie Parker –
Where else can you stand in front of the Sphinx, then snorkel in the Red Sea the next day? The colors of Egypt amazed me—from the golden desert to the blue Sinai skies. The itinerary was well-paced and gave us both guided tours and free time. My favorite moment? Watching sunrise in Sinai with Bedouin tea in hand. That view will stay with me forever
Billy Joe Carter –
I’ve read about Ancient Egypt since grade school, but seeing the Karnak Temple in person nearly knocked my socks off. The engravings, the columns, the sheer scale—it was overwhelming in the best way. Our guide had a passion for history and answered every one of my hundred questions. From Abu Simbel’s grandeur to the peacefulness of sailing the Nile, this tour brought ancient stories to life. I left Egypt with my camera full and my heart fuller
Marlene Givens –
The Nile cruise was the standout for me. The ship was modern, spotless, and had a rooftop pool that overlooked the passing temples. I sipped hibiscus tea while watching the sun dip behind palm trees—it was magical. In Cairo, our hotel was fit for a pharaoh (marble bathrooms and all), and Sinai’s desert camp was surprisingly comfy and peaceful. It’s the only trip where I felt both pampered and adventurous at the same time 😍
Travis McCoy –
We started in Cairo with the mighty pyramids towering over us like ancient guardians. I was half-expecting a mummy to pop out and photobomb me. The guide was super knowledgeable, blending history with humor so we stayed interested the whole time. Cruising down the Nile felt like a scene from a movie—except with air conditioning and better food. Sharm El Sheikh was our chill-out zone after all the temples, and the beach there? Chef’s kiss! If you love variety, from dusty tombs to turquoise waters, this trip delivers big time
Clara June Cartwright –
What impressed me most was how we never felt rushed or exhausted . The transport was always air – conditioned and modern , and the hotels felt like something out of a luxury magazine . Our bags were handled , our meals were flawless , and I slept like a baby every night – even with all the ancient excitement !
Jedediah Boone –
We spent a wild afternoon in the Sinai desert on a jeep safari that had me hollering like a rodeo cowboy . The ride was bumpy in the best way and we stopped at a Bedouin camp for sweet tea and dates . I tried sandboarding for the first time and didn’t die – which I call a win . 🤠🔥
Maybelle Riggins –
I’m not usually a morning person but watching the sun rise behind the pyramids on camelback changed me . The air was crisp and everything glowed gold . Our guide brought mint tea in a thermos and we sat quietly just soaking it in . There was something humbling about that moment I’ll never forget . 🐫🌄
Jasper O’Dell –
The golden sky over Aswan while gliding past ancient rocks and fishermen was pure poetry . The boat had an open upper deck where I could sip hibiscus tea and feel like I was royalty in linen pants . The temples we visited had tales carved into every stone , and the air felt thick with stories .
Lurlene Kinney –
Our guide in Cairo was better than any textbook I ever read . They led us through the Egyptian Museum and broke down the myths and mummies like a friend would , not a lecturer . Seeing Tutankhamun’s mask in person made my knees wobble . 🏺📚 We also got some insider tips on the best falafel spots afterward !
Eugene Pritchard –
I wasn’t sure how 12 days could fit so much , but this trip proved me wrong in all the right ways . We moved smoothly from ancient wonders to luxury hotels to Red Sea bliss without missing a beat . Between Cairo’s chaos , the serenity of the cruise , and the playful dolphins in Sinai – I felt like I lived three vacations in one .
Nadine Mays –
Our time in Luxor was heavy on history but full of heart too . I was stunned by the tombs in the Valley of the Kings – so vibrant even after all these centuries . We toured Karnak Temple by daylight , and ended with a local dinner in town where I had the juiciest kofta with tahini that made me nearly cry . 💫
Waylon Harker –
After the ancient history and desert dust , Sharm was our glittery reward at the end . The beach was like powdered sugar and the water clear as fresh windshield wiper fluid . We snorkeled around coral reefs full of colors that reminded me of grandma’s patchwork quilt . The hotel had these plush loungers and I swear I saw a dolphin wave at me .
Bonnie Jean Talbert –
Walking up to the pyramids with our guide felt like stepping into a portal back to 2600 BC . They’re way bigger than I imagined , and the detail on the Sphinx just left me speechless . Our guide shared stories I had never heard before – like how the stones were hauled – and made the whole morning a cultural joyride . 🐪☀️ I even got to climb partway up and snapped the coolest photo !
Curtis Rayford –
We had a beautiful stretch sailing down the Nile from Aswan to Luxor with breathtaking views on both shores . The boat was elegant and the staff treated us like royalty . Every cabin had a river view and plush bedding I never wanted to leave . The excursions from the cruise included temples in Kom Ombo and Edfu , which were eye – opening . I was amazed at how well organized everything was , from meals to guided walks .
