Children Policy (A Child Share Parents’ Room):

➢ Payment/Booking Policy (excluding Peak period):
We are offering a low-down payment of just 40% to secure your spaces on the tour including hotel room, cruise cabin, domestic flight ticket, and other travel-related services. The remaining balance can be paid up to two days prior to your arrival date or in cash upon arrival at the destination to your tour manager, therefore, your booking will be a risk-free investment.
➢ Monthly Installments:
We offer you a new payment plan that allows you to pay your tours, Nile cruise, or other travel packages in monthly installments.
You will pay an agreed upon amount every month, determined by the total cost of the tour booked to pay the deposit in 6 monthly installments leading up to your arrival. The balance will be paid upon your arrival in the destination in cash or by credit / debit cards or you can pay the full cost in monthly installments before your arrival in the destination.
➢ Cancellation Policy (Excluding Peak Period):
Cancellation requests should be sent via email to provide the company with written confirmation that your reservation should be cancelled.
In case you cancel or reschedule your trip, the following scale of charges will be applied:
● From the date of booking until 61 days before your arrival date, 10% of the entire tour price will be charged. Or reschedule it and choose another date without being charged anything.
● Between 60 and 31 days before your arrival date, 25% of the entire tour price will be charged. You still can reschedule it but with a charge of 15 % more, much better than cancellation and loosing 25%.
● Between 30 and 15 days before your arrival date, 35% of the entire tour price will be charged if you canceled or choosed to reschedule your trip.
● Between 14 and 1 day before your arrival date, 40% of the entire tour price will be charged if you canceled or choosed to reschedule it.
Notice; This policy isn't valid for bookings of Christmas or New year packages.
Additionally, airlines charge fees for both domestic and international flights which are subject to the airlines terms and conditions at the time of the booking.

In case you cancel your trip, the following scale of charges will be applied:
● From the date of booking until 61 days before your arrival date, 25% of the entire tour price will be charged.
● Between 60 and 31 days before your arrival date, 50% of the entire tour price will be charged.
● Between 30 and 15 days before your arrival date, 75% of the entire tour price will be charged.
● Between 14 and 1 day before your arrival date, 100% of the entire tour price will be charged.
Additionally, airlines charge fees for both domestic and international flights which are subject to the airlines terms and conditions at the time of the booking.
➢ Refunds:
● A refund will normally be made to the same account and using the same method which was used for the original payment. No refunds are possible in the event of a no show for an existing reservation.
● Refunds will be done only through the original mode of payment.
➢ Accomodation:
Unless otherwise stated, prices are based on two persons sharing a room (twin sharing). Rooms for single occupants are available with an additional supplementary rate. Hotels and lodges are named as an indication of quality and rooms may be reserved at an establishment of similar quality. Published prices are inclusive of tariffs and other costs at the time of printing and are subject to change without notice.

Day 01: Cairo Int. Airport-Cairo ON Upon arrival to Cairo Int. Airport, you will be met with our English-speaking representative who will help and assist you in all formalities and transfer to your hotel, overnight Cairo. Meals Included No meals
Day 02: Pyramids- Memphis & Sakkara Breakfast at hotel. Then you will be met by our English Egyptologist tour guide to start your first day tour by visiting Pyramids of Giza "Khufu, Khafre & Menkaure", where the greatness has been embodied in three pyramids with a limestone statue of Sphinx guarding the whole area.Then proceed to one of our local restaurant to have your lunch. After that you will proceed to the city of Sakkara, where you will be so excited by exploring The Step Pyramid of king Djoser. This pyramid has a very nice story, when king Djoser asked his chief Architect Imhotep to create something different, so that the king could be buried at. As a result the well-known Architect creates the Step pyramid, which surprised the king so much since it was considered to be a new achievement in this period. Finally you we will drive towards Memphis, where you can visit The Open Air Museum including the marvelous monuments of king Ramses II. After finishing your day tour, you will get back to your hotel in Cairo for overnight. Meals Included Breakfast Lunch
Day 03: Fly to Aswan - Aswan Tours - Nile Cruise ON Breakfast at hotel. Check out. Our representative will meet you at the hotel to transfer you to Cairo airport to take your flight to Aswan. Upon arrival at Aswan airport, you will join your Egyptologist tour guide to discover the great city of Aswan, including The High Dam, which has been erected by the Egyptian president Gamal Abdel Nasser in 1960 AD to protect Egypt from the Nile flood. After that you will enjoy sailing on the Nile River by a motor boat till reach Agilika Island, where you will visit Temple of Philae, which was erected during the Gaeco-Roman period and was dedicated to goddess Isis (mother of god Horus). Finally you will be escorted to visit one of the marvelous sightseeing in Aswan, The Unfinished Obelisk, which was made out of red granite and was dedicated to god Amun Ra. After finishing your day tour, you will transfer to your Nile cruise for check in and overnight. Meals Included Breakfast Lunch Dinner
Day 04: Koum Oumbo & Edfu Breakfast will be served on board your ship. After that you will join your Egyptologist tour guide to visit one of the most wonderful temples in Egypt, Temple of Kom Ombo, where the two gods Sobek & Haroeris were worshipped for a while. Get back to your ship and enjoy your lunch on the sun deck, watching the unique landscape of the great river Nile. Afternoon, enjoy chariot riding to Temple of Horus in Edfu, which is considered to be one of the most well preserved temples in Egypt. After finishing your tour, you will be transferred back to your ship. Enjoy relaxing on board your ship. Dinner will be served on board. At night Egyptian Folkloric Show party will be operated by staff on board. Meals Included Breakfast Lunch Dinner
Day 05: Luxor West Bank-Luxor ON Breakfast on the Nile cruise. After that you will start your magical tour in Thebes, the sacred land by exploring the wet bank of Luxor including Valley of the Kings, which considers as the royal cemetery of the Theban kings and rulers of ancient Egypt, and the place where our Pharaohs were buried. After that, you will proceed to visit Temple of Queen Hatshepsut at Deir El Bahari. This temple is considered as one of the most wonderful examples of the Architecture in ancient Egypt, because it was totally carved inside the mountain. At the end of the tour you will visit Colossi of Memnon, which is belonging to king Amenhotep III. After that you will return to your ship to have your lunch. Afternoon, free at leisure. Day 06: Luxor East Bank - Hurghada by road Check out after breakfast (at 08:00 AM). After that you will enjoy your tour discovering the East Bank of Luxor, including the most wonderful Karnak Temples Complex, which is considered to be the biggest complex construction in the world covering an area of a hundred. Finish your lovely tour in Temple of Luxor, built by one of the kings of the 12th dynasty & completed by the well know king Ramses II. After finishing your day tour, you will be transferred by private A-C van to Hurghada (Apprx: 04 hours). Arrival and transfer to your hotel. Overnight in Hurghada. Day 07: Hurghada Breakfast. Free day. (Optional) You will be picked up from the hotel in Hurghada by Toyota land cruiser 4×4 WD, then driven 35 km in the Eastern desert of Egypt to a Bedouin village for a tour to see their life, traditions then you will ride a camel and witness the amazing sunset view with barbeque dinner, mineral water and soft drinks included, watching stars by night while driving back from Bedouin village to your hotel in Hurghada. Day 08: Hurghada Breakfast. Free day. (Optional) Our representative will pick you up from your hotel in Hurghada for a fantastic snorkeling trip with desert island relaxation on the beautiful Red Sea, where we will do our snorkeling in different spots which are full of corals and magnificent colorful fish with a chance to swim with dolphins, enjoying the water sports activities on Giftun Island and the national park with open buffet lunch aboard the cruise then return back to the jetty and then transferred to your hotel in Hurghada. Day 10: Egytpian Museum - Citadel & Khan El Khalili Breakfast at hotel. Our English speaking guide will meet you at the hotel to accompany you to start your second day tour in Cairo. Your tour today is completely different and more excited, as the best of our monuments are awaiting you. Start your tour with The Egyptian Museum, which is considered to be one of the most important museums in Egypt housing the Pharaonic monuments including those of the well-known king Tutankhamen. Then you will have your lunch meal at one of our local restaurant. After Lunch, you will be transferred to Old Cairo area, where you can visit Citadel of Salah El-Din, which played as a very important role in protecting Egypt, as it was considered the seat of power for more than 700 years. Then proceed to one of the most interesting and old market in Egypt, Khan El-Khalili, which consider as one of the stunning bazaars in the Middle East. A trip of a lifetime! The pyramids, the temples, and the Nile were simply breathtaking. The cruise was a perfect way to travel, and Hurghada was the ideal place to relax. Our guide was friendly, informative, and truly made the trip special.

We’re not what you’d call “organized travelers,” but this trip made it easy to just enjoy. Everything flowed — flights on time, bags always there, and no stress about transfers.
The Pyramids obviously wowed us, but I actually preferred Saqqara — fewer people, more mystery. Cruising from Aswan to Luxor felt like pressing pause on real life. We drank mint tea under the stars and listened to Nubian music from the deck.
When we landed in Hurghada, we kicked into vacation mode hard. Beach hammocks, watermelon juice, and a wild boat ride to Giftun Island where I managed to step on a sea urchin (oops — but still worth it).

Sunset in Luxor and Sunrise in Hurghada Stole My Heart
We were traveling during March — perfect weather, not too hot. And I swear, the light in Egypt makes everything look cinematic. The colors of the temples, the shine on the river, even the dust in the air looked beautiful.
Cairo’s skyline was wild, especially from the top of the Citadel. But once we boarded the Nile cruise, it all slowed down in the best way. Watching farmers plow their fields with donkeys while we glided by felt like witnessing two timelines at once.
Luxor hit differently — standing in front of Karnak Temple during sunset made me feel so small and alive at the same time. Hurghada was just the cherry on top. We stayed at a resort where the sand was soft as sugar, and the water looked like a Photoshop job.

A Wild Ride from Desert Temples to Red Sea Laughs
Okay, so nobody told me Egypt could be this fun. I thought I was signing up for a “culture trip,” but this felt like Indiana Jones meets beach vacation.
Cairo was madness in the best way — horns honking, pyramids towering, cats sunbathing on thousand-year-old stones. I loved the vibe. The Nile Cruise? That was some next-level chill. Every time we docked, it was like stepping into a new episode of Ancient Egypt Uncovered.
But the real surprise for me was Hurghada. I thought it’d be touristy, but turns out riding an ATV into the desert while Bedouins wave at you from camelback is pretty awesome. Add a couple of beers and a fire-dancing show, and you’ve got a night to remember

Floating on the Nile Felt Like A Royal Dream Come True
We’re a couple of empty nesters from Oklahoma who decided to celebrate our anniversary with this journey, and boy did we feel spoiled. From Cairo to the Nile Cruise to Hurghada, it was all pure class. The highlight? That moment we boarded the cruise ship in Aswan and were handed chilled hibiscus tea — I nearly cried.
The cabin had a panoramic window that let me watch Egypt glide by as I sipped coffee in bed. The temples along the way were mind-boggling, and our Egyptologist guide made ancient gods feel like neighbors.
But it wasn’t just history — every detail screamed luxury. Hot air ballooning over Luxor? Check. Seafood dinner on the Red Sea coast? Check. Being pampered like Cleopatra? Triple check.
Traveling by flight between cities made it all smooth and easy. We never felt rushed. The whole thing was indulgent, peaceful, and kind of magical
