Children Policy (A Child Share Parents’ Room):
➢ Child pricing applies to children who share rooms with their parents (Max 2 Children in one Room)
➢Under 2 years old: free of charge
➢Under 6 years old: 25% of total tour cost for an adult individual
➢Under 12 years old: 50% of total tour cost for an adult individual
➢All children 12 or older are considered adults.
➢If your tour package includes flights, an extra supplement for your child may apply.
➢ Payment/Booking Policy (excluding Peak period):
We are offering a low-down payment of just 40% to secure your spaces on the tour including hotel room, cruise cabin, domestic flight ticket, and other travel-related services. The remaining balance can be paid up to two days prior to your arrival date or in cash upon arrival at the destination to your tour manager, therefore, your booking will be a risk-free investment.
➢ Monthly Installments:
We offer you a new payment plan that allows you to pay your tours, Nile cruise, or other travel packages in monthly installments.
You will pay an agreed upon amount every month, determined by the total cost of the tour booked to pay the deposit in 6 monthly installments leading up to your arrival. The balance will be paid upon your arrival in the destination in cash or by credit / debit cards or you can pay the full cost in monthly installments before your arrival in the destination.
➢ Cancellation Policy (Excluding Peak Period):
Cancellation requests should be sent via email to provide the company with written confirmation that your reservation should be cancelled.
In case you cancel or reschedule your trip, the following scale of charges will be applied:
● From the date of booking until 61 days before your arrival date, 10% of the entire tour price will be charged. Or reschedule it and choose another date without being charged anything.
● Between 60 and 31 days before your arrival date, 25% of the entire tour price will be charged. You still can reschedule it but with a charge of 15 % more, much better than cancellation and loosing 25%.
● Between 30 and 15 days before your arrival date, 35% of the entire tour price will be charged if you canceled or choosed to reschedule your trip.
● Between 14 and 1 day before your arrival date, 40% of the entire tour price will be charged if you canceled or choosed to reschedule it.
Notice; This policy isn't valid for bookings of Christmas or New year packages.
Additionally, airlines charge fees for both domestic and international flights which are subject to the airlines terms and conditions at the time of the booking.
➢ Cancellation for Christmas, New Year and Easter Vacation:
In case you cancel your trip, the following scale of charges will be applied:
● From the date of booking until 61 days before your arrival date, 25% of the entire tour price will be charged.
● Between 60 and 31 days before your arrival date, 50% of the entire tour price will be charged.
● Between 30 and 15 days before your arrival date, 75% of the entire tour price will be charged.
● Between 14 and 1 day before your arrival date, 100% of the entire tour price will be charged.
Additionally, airlines charge fees for both domestic and international flights which are subject to the airlines terms and conditions at the time of the booking.
➢ Refunds:
● A refund will normally be made to the same account and using the same method which was used for the original payment. No refunds are possible in the event of a no show for an existing reservation.
● Refunds will be done only through the original mode of payment.
➢ Accomodation:
Unless otherwise stated, prices are based on two persons sharing a room (twin sharing). Rooms for single occupants are available with an additional supplementary rate. Hotels and lodges are named as an indication of quality and rooms may be reserved at an establishment of similar quality. Published prices are inclusive of tariffs and other costs at the time of printing and are subject to change without notice.

Day 1 Karnak and Luxor Temples Welcome to Luxor and the start of a wonderful Nile cruise holiday. This morning our tour will begin with visiting the magnificent Temple of Karnak. More than a temple, Karnak is a gigantic and stunning complex of sanctuaries and pylons dedicated to the Theban gods, considered one of the best Luxor tours, then Luxor temple which is 3400 years old built by King Amenhotep III and King Ramses II. After finishing our tour, now we Transfer you in a private air conditioned car to your Nile Cruise, Rest of Day Relaxing. Then we spend the night in our authentic Nile cruise.
Day 2 visiting valley of the kings Take a flight over Luxor with Luxor Optionapl hot air balloon ride early this morning before we tour the ancient city of Thebes. The massive pair of statues known as the Colossi of Memnon are the first monuments you’ll see during our morning visit to Luxor – home to the legendary Valley of the Kings. After that, enjoy watching Luxor west bank famous industry, making the alabaster, by visiting the village of the artisans and meeting the locals who are descended from the ancient workers who curved the tombs and built the temples to know more about their hand skills in making the Alabaster. You’ll also see the colonnaded Temple of Queen Hatshepsut. Anchors away this afternoon as we set sail downstream to Edfu.
Day 3 Edfu Temple Nile cruising. Relax as we sail the Nile. Breakfast on board of the Nile cruise. Early This morning we visit the magnifisent temple of Lord Horus the falcon (Edfu Temple). -Ride the horse carriage to see the local city of Edfu. -Visit the Temple of Edfu (dedicated to the God Horus-falcon-headed god). -Back to Nile cruise by horse carriage. - Anchors away again as we set sail downstream to Kom Ombo., have your lunch meal on board with the sailing towards Kom Ombo. Cruising to Kom Ombo Nile cruising. Relax as we sail the Nile. Later today we visit the Temple of Kom Ombo. A unique riverside temple, it is unusual in that everything architecturally is doubled and perfectly symmetrical along the main axis of the temple including twin halls, courts, colonnades, sanctuaries and entrances.
Day 4 Aswan highlights Nile cruiser – Aswan: This morning after having breakfast in your nile cruise, we enjoy a short boat trip to Agilika Island for Philae Temple – dedicated to the goddess Isis. The temple dates from the 4th century BC but the Ptolemies and the Romans up to the 3rd century AD built most of the existing structures. We consider it the best of Aswan tours. In danger of being completely submerged by the rising water of Lake Nasser, in 1972 UNESCO stepped in and an 8-year rescue effort was undertaken to relocate the entire temple 20m higher on nearby Agilika Island. Then, we visit Aswan High Dam. Also today we Enjoy watching Aswan most famous industry, Essence and oils workshop, to know more about Aromatherapy treatment in ancient Egypt. Day 5 Abu Simbel temples Consider the optional early morning excursion to the Temple of Ramses II at Abu Simbel or time to relax till check out time of cuise, 8am.

This was our first time in Egypt and boy , did Concerto make it special . My favorite part ? Breakfast by the window with the Nile just inches away . I’d watch tiny boats pass by while sipping Turkish coffee and nibbling on sweet pastries .
We learned so much during our excursions — Karnak was huge , and the guide explained every column like a storybook . At night , the ship was quiet and cozy , just the way we like it .

This cruise knows how to balance the wow of ancient ruins with the wow of fresh sheets. I’m a simple guy, but the details impressed me — soft robes in the cabin, chilled hibiscus drinks on arrival, and the cleanest bathrooms I’ve seen outside of a Hilton.
The Abu Simbel add-on was worth every minute of the early wake-up. Even the bus ride there felt like part of the experience, with desert stretching out for miles.

If someone told me I’d ride a horse-drawn buggy to a temple then unwind in a spa aboard a ship, I’d laugh. But that’s exactly what went down. The M/S Concerto delivers comfort in spades. The little hammam on board was my retreat after long temple walks.
Edfu Temple was my favorite — the guide explained stories from the walls like he’d lived them. Between the sightseeing and the soft beds, I barely had time to miss home.

We boarded the Concerto in January and were greeted with jasmine-scented towels and smiling faces. The ship itself is slick and modern, with just the right amount of sparkle. This cruise had me living like royalty. The restaurant alone deserves its own review — every night a different spread, and y’all know I’m picky. There were creamy lentil soups, grilled fish that fell apart like butter, and dessert trays that tested my willpower.
The entertainment nights were also a hoot. Belly dancing on one night, and a galabeya party the next. My husband even danced in a tunic — something I never thought I’d see. 😄

One thing I didn’t expect? How good the fruit is in Egypt. Every morning, I’d grab mango juice and sit out on the deck — watching fishermen row past ancient ruins.
The rooms were spotless, modern, and more spacious than I imagined. There was even a little nook where I wrote postcards home. One day we visited Edfu Temple and rode in a horse carriage — I giggled like a kid the whole time. The mix of elegance and fun made this one for the books.

The staff on the Concerto were sweeter than Georgia peaches. From the welcome drink to turn-down service, I felt pampered the whole time. The bed in my cabin was mighty fine — soft pillows, firm mattress, and a view of the Nile that made me forget about Wi-Fi for once.
Luxor was the highlight for me — that Valley of the Kings visit made me feel like Indiana Jones, minus the snakes. The blend of luxury and history was just right.
